before booking anything from this store it seems like nice store but after booking narration begins:-
It was a very unpleasant experience with this store. i visited the store and store supervisor mr lavesh booked my order for washing machine and promised that machine will be delivered within 2 or 3 days but after waiting for more than 10 days it was not delivered and after several follow ups i had to cancel the order. Mr lavesh is totally liar so if you are visiting this store then get ready to waste your time and money as well.
For refund i have to follow up rigorously. when i contacted finance head , his first question was like from where did u get my number? he was so arrogant like i am asking for his money.
one more thing , i was not alone who was going through this mental agony. During follow ups at the store i come to know that other customers were also going through the same agony.
so ignore IFB and save your money and time.

I am changing my reviews. Felt good earlier. And it is good till payment processing later the customer is suffering and they are not interested in it.

I got the machine delivered after 3 days with damage and they are trying to convince me that it is a usual thing and it's not a big issue.

I said I want to go for a replacement which is again taking 3 days and they are like it will be month end is there it will take.

They will not update you with any status you have to keep on call. They will say I was busy with customers and what not.

It's been almost a week since my purchase to today. Still the machine is not delivered.

It is Kohinoor Home Appliances multi brand show room, They stock very wide range of TVs, Music systems, ovens,refrigerators, washing machines, etc. They offer very competitive price some time less then company showrooms or exclusive dealers. If you have good negotiation skill then this is the place where you can get best deal.
