It was my worst experience in gold gym. The manager us so rude and not always available for for any query. Not costumer friendly. Receptionist was not have any answer for any things. Ac was not working and those are working water drooling from them . Management was so poor. And above all the manager is worst. If u ask for owner mobile no they r not giving . So whom to contact . The person who is taking care of that gym not there and he thinks he is boss of everything behaving like he is doing any favor on us. So friends plz think before joining and yes there is so much hidden things regarding payment so beware friends

I joined Gold Gym last year and found it to be a great place for work out. Good equipment for overall fitness. Staff is cordial and helpful. Vansh is my Personal trainer since last one month and he is very good in planning and executing my exercise schedule. He takes keen interest in all those who train with him and is very supportive. I lost 3 kgs through my work out with him in one month and look forward to a healthy fitness regime at Gold Gym.

CHEATERS!!! These guys will show high membership fees and then give discounted prize upto 40% later after few weeks their gymn instructors will come and convince you to make them 6 months payments for special training. These trainers give the gymn total 50,000 monthly so in return you are looted in the name of discount and if you dont pay there is no help from any instructor if needed. So this is a pressure they create. Plus no ACs are working most of the time. Also i had shoulder injury coz of negligence of the instructor.
Later due to medical reason i m unable to continue gymn now they are giving reasons for not refunding money. Think before you invest your money in this gymn. These guys r least bothered once u pay them full amount. CHEATERS FRAUDS
Manager is rude and Avinash at reception. Very very arrogant when you need help but when they need admission they will so too sweet and trap you.
Go for other good gymn instead of these frauds.
