Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Yogesh I knew that he was the perfect coach for me.
He is professional yet kind, patient and understanding.
His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. His cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly. I also love how different days focus on different areas.
I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with his continued training and motivation, I would continue getting good results and attain my goal.
I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness to work with Yogesh.

You are such a professional. Working out has become much more fun because now I actually know what I am doing. Thanks for putting together my training program and helping me to achieve the results. Thank you for challenging me and pushing me just a bit further every time. Thank you YOGESH SIR.

Absolutely energetic and power pack classes… Super good in variations of exercises… absolute delight to be trained by Yogesh Sir… He never gives up and pushes you harder to break the mental barrier… Very polite and yet assertive to ignore my lame lazy comments and keep pushing me to take steps forward and achieve the target… Good job Sir… Thanks a lot ????
