We had ordered a book shelf and a kitchen cabinet from here, and the products have:
- poor finishing
- the legs are defective
- glass fitting was not proper, with slight tilt
- improper transport
When we called the owner to request repair of these issues, he kept delaying their sending by saying they are busy, then they are on leave, then they left without informing, etc.
Plus they accept only cash, no UPI or other means.
In short, the products and the service are both terrible.
Also, please read their responses to 1 star reviews to understand their arrogance and blame game on customers like you and me.

We recently bought a wardrobe from this place, paying 16k, in the month of june22. It's not even a month old, already all the hinges are not working properly. Also shocked to see the drawers channels are coming out broken. Very bad experience. When complained about this, these people are saying that they are charging for the parts. What kind of service is this?? Horrible!

Good collection available at best price. I have recently purchased 2 wardrobes, dressing table & shoe rack. So far good experience with Fine Wood.
