I visited Dr Lad after seeing a few other orthopaedics for my sons treatment. His diagnosis of PIN Palsy of my sons right hand was immediate & spot on. The cure was either a complex microsurgery or natural healing aided by medication. He suggested the latter and after several months of medication & close follow up, the affliction was fully cured without surgery, thus avoiding further complications & cost. I found that Dr Lad has a very hands on approach with a very genuine connect & concern towards the patient. He is an expert in his field. Very uncommon to find such a doctor who is more focused on curing the patient with minimal cost and minimal artificial aid.

Dr Parag Lad connects with his patients at a personal level which gives significant reassurance and in turn helps healing. Very honest and positive approach in treatment. I have got operated by Dr Parag Lad and must admit that he is one of the best for Hand reconstructive Surgeon. After surgery from day one I am seeing the improvement in my left hand.

Dr Parag Lad is expert hand orthopaedic, my mother's wrist operation went perfectly fine at Pinnacle Ortho Centre. He is very knowledgeable and spends good time with patients explaining them exact issue and suggest them all possible treatments with pros and cons. Dr Parag is humble and very talkative. I wish him and Pinnacle Ortho centre centre a great success ahead.
