Dr. Lohiya Acupuncture Centre - Paralysis, Slip Disc, Joint & Knee Pain Treatment in Thane

Treatment is going fine, Dr lohiya is very nice. However I have few complaints.
1. The staff is very rude, and the staff means the receptionist. Her tone and attitude is like aana hey toh aao nahi toh niklo yaha se. She is behaving badly with other patients and their relatives too.

2. Once she was shouting loudly for coming late for treatment ( Though we were on time and she made us sit ideal for 45 min because they didn't have an empty bed) . While the patient was getting his setting done; She was shouting at the patient saying you will not get another setting if you come late. she is a big red flag for the Lohiya clinic. She is creating a negative environment due to which it feels frustrating each and every time when we have to visit the clinic for treatment.

3. She behaves nicely only when Dr. Is around. Otherwise whenever Dr. Is not nearby she either in phone watching videos or shouting.

4. Receptionist and staff always in a such hurry. That they don't allow 20 mins break between 2 settings.

5. There is a cat in the office where Staff is handling cat petting her touching her and then handling patients bare handed, while removing needles(without gloves). Which is very unsantiary.

6. Also many times it happened that needles got removed from patients body during treatment, however even after having an ample amount of staff no one was around the patient to observe or to inform Dr about it.

I am hoping that Dr Lohiya and Team will look into it; because many of their patients are facing the same issue but just because they are getting treatment which is helpful for their health and don't want negativity they are tolerating such bad behaviour.

I am 71 yrs old. 4 yrs back (2018) I had a knee pain. I have been consulted by Dr. Lohiya and treated by Acupuncture expert Santosh Yenegure. Within 15 days treatment of accupuncture my pain was absolutely gone. Now it's 2022, Throughout 4 yrs I don't have any issues regarding knee pain. Now I am taking treatment for lumber spine disorder and within 20 sittings I recovered very well. The way of Treatment is very effective.

I had pain in my calf as in Restless leg. Pain completely recovered in 15 sessions. No I started playing badminton again.Thank you Dr Lohiya and the team at Andheri.
