I went to Dr. Hetal for my physiotherapist after having a minor fracture in my arm related to skiing. Dr. Hetal’s approach with patients is very good, the fact that she took time to explain what went wrong with the fracture and what the next steps would be taken in the therapy. At the same time, she explained really well how each of the exercises that were instructed, would help in what way. After 2 weeks of therapy, my arm was fully recovered and happy to say that I’ve resumed all other physical activities I was doing before. Would 10/10 recommend her

Dr. Hetal is awesome!
Post surgery I was completely immobile and bedridden. The pain on account of the implant in the right thigh femur bone was unbearable.

The treatment program tailored for me by Dr. Hetal - from bed exercises to walking with Walker to wheel chair mobility etc. and various other activities that she made me do during her visits daily have helped me recover from the surgery so soon.

Now I m able to sit on my own, use the walker and wheelchair confidently.

Even my old and persistent frozen shoulder is much better due to various exercises that doctor makes me do.

I am taking physiotherapy treatment from Dr.Hetal Paghdar since 2nd June,2023 and I have completed 18 satisfactory sessions for my left frozen shoulder, time when, making any movement was very much painful for me. I am now really very happy to say that, I have almost
90% overcome my problem with the help/guidance of Dr. Hetal only. My orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Yogesh Vaidya is also happy with my progress.
I really very much thankful for the efforts taken by Dr. Hetal and confidence which she creates in my mind at a stage when senior citizen like me can be cured at any stage.
She equally treat and give due respect to all i.e. young to aged like me.
Really hats off for her efforts.
