The entire order was different than what I ordered. They do not have a contact no to reach out and they do not bother to reply on WhatsApp too, pathetic customer service and pathetic company. I don't no what I am going to do with an incorrect order, it's going to go in the dustbin as noone eats cream cake in my house and that's what I have received. I ordered 7 items and this is the first company that has managed to get the entire order wrong ,i think they have delivered someone else's order to me.I have been messaging them on WhatsApp from 8:00 pm just to get one revert that they are looking into the issue and it's taking longer than expected, apologies for the longer wait. They have spoilt entire valentine's day experience for me. Disappointed as hell.

Ordered a rasmalai cake, with no Ras malai in it whatsoever. They do not take calls and will not lie their no, Don’t order from them ever.

Cake was awesome and very fresh unique and best compliment is some one who not eat cake, they also taken twice.
