Restarted my iPhone 12 in every 3 mins. I gave my phone at a shop for repair, they said that it will not work, then I called the person at Ifix Apple Communication and visited their Store and they repaired my phone in 1 day. They also gave 90 days warranty, my experience was very good. great place in thane apple service center

This is the nearest service center which is 250 kms away from my city. I
replaced New Battery for my iPhone-X. But new Battery was faulty. So I went there again to resolve the issue. But the staff demanded Rs. 800/- extra to get replacement done on same day. When I denied to pay that extra money, they grabbed my phone from me & also used offensive words.
To get my phone back I tried to call Police but phone was in his hands. I was helpless. So unwillingly I paid Rs. 500/- to service center & got my phone back. All is captured in CCTV.
This was very disgusting experience & not at all expected from Apple.I already have registered complaint about all this to apple support.
