Very poor service. Beware customers they are hiding customers Goods and if you are requesting for CCTV footage , firstly they denied it and said no, you never bring such things in shop. After arguing he checked his CCTV footage and find my sons cap in their shop. They don’t say any sorry for it, instead of that Mr. Ankit start arguing me saying that it’s your mistake. He don’t have manners how to talk to customers even after his mistake…Theif Master

Very poor interaction and unwillingness to entertain customer questions and doubts.

Kharidna hai to hi bolo attitude.

I enquired about available badminton rackets and asked to see options…

Response… “ dhekna hai ki kharidna hai “( do you wish to buy or just see ?)

I said just want to see..

Response… “ jab lena ho to sab racket mil jayega “ ( when you want to buy then you will get every racket )

Not willing to show products and are only there to sell.

Ankit sports you lost a customer today.

I hope you improve and show customers the products they wish for as buying descisions are made with thought and patience.

Do not purchase any sports items from this,since no customer friendly behaviour and no replacement of faculty sports item.only chargeable service.prefer Decathlon or new shop open near Soham garden Manpada
