The yoga Asana provides a refreshing outlook to health and well being. It takes care of the overall daily lifestyle of a person right from the sleep schedule, dietary habits, daily yoga practice to body cleansing practices. It is an amazing place to improve your Physical as well as mental balance. Training by Nitin sir is unique and outstanding. would recommend anyone who is looking to join yoga classes, without second thought go for Anhata Yoga class.

I experienced fabulous results from the yoga. There were visible changes to my health, mental wellbeing (e.g. calmer under stress) and stamina.

I learned yoga under nitin sir for more than 6years and still learning.I tried multple other yoga classes as well but no one can match his perfection and way of teaching.
Yes he is bit strict about his niyams but that helps us build good habit. Highly recommend Anahat yoga to anyone looking for yoga class.

Anahata Yoga is an excellent class in Kalwa,rather I will say in Thane. Personal attention to each student. Anahata yoga teacher Mr. Nitin Virkare is truly a gifted, intuitive healer and teacher. You will not only learn yoga but discipline and the importance of our life. I highly recommend this class and am sure you will have a more precious experience than other yoga classes.
