Same old billing issues.. technical glitches... Nobody is compatible to resolve the technical glitches... They all have only one answer ... Wait for some days ... Then they will say ur coupons have expired....
So its my Frank suggestion if u shop at trends store.. use cash.... Or shop online.. u get schemes and return also...

Very pathetic experience. We did shopping for half an hr. N we waited around 45 min just fr the billing. Our amount was debited from account but they haven't received it. Staff were just passing the issues from one to another. They had wasted our precious time.
Still haven't been resolved. Neither we had received any consolidation in return.

Highly disappointed

I have purchased teamspirit track pant from TRENDS store at Solapur on 19/5/23. I have asked salesman to check the pant before puchase. When I reached the home and tried the pant, I have found the defect i. e. the pockect area has not been fully sealed properly. On 23 /5 / 23, I have visited again to store and have shown the pant to store persons . They have asked me to visit the store after 15 days. I have purchased the pant but right now I am not able to use it. I have paid Rs. 1049/- for trackpant. Before leaving the store on 23/5/ 23, I have been assured that one person from store will call me before 7:00 p.m. I have not got any call even till today.

I have asked for either replacement of the same pant or other piece of same value or refund of money. The persons have refused to accept my demand.
