Worse than worst experience. Never book this hotel. No hot water, Dirty rooms, they provide used blankets, intercom not working, TV not working, toilet not clean, cobwebs in the room, fungus on wall/ceiling...etc.
We booked 2 rooms upon confirmation that hot water is available 24 hrs. After paying and entering in the room, we found no hot water and will be provided from 6 am. But no hot water even till 7 am. We got 1 heater coil for 4 persons and our precious time wasted because of this worst service. Our day plan was totally disturbed. They charged 3000 for 2 rooms but not worth. Asked for refund but they just denied.
Overall worst experience from OYO Hotel.
