My recent visit to the Jio Store on Hotgi road, Solapur left much to be desired. The shop's small size was noticeable, and their limited selection of mobile handsets was disappointing. I specifically inquired about the Jio Bharat phone, but to my disappointment, they didn't have it in stock. The biggest letdown was the disinterested and uninformed attitude of the employees. They seemed uninterested in assisting customers and lacked knowledge about their products. Overall, my experience at the Jio Store was underwhelming, and I hope they can improve their customer service and product availability to meet customer expectations.

I didn't even want to give 1star for them
No basic manners of how to talk to their customers, they do not show any kind of moral responsibility of franchise a reputed brand like jio
Worst service, please do not visit.
