Very Bad Service, DTDC is the most useless Courier Service, I don't recommend you all to use this service.
Customer care Ms. Pornima Survase talks very rudely and un helpfull at all, very very bad, only talks opposite of customers, and she's warning me that your parcel will be sent return, no knowledge of how to talk to customers, not at all.
She called me and asking me to come to office and get your parcel.
Saying that you service is out of area.
Rubbish service of DTDC and Pornima....
I strongly not recommend to use this service..

Forcing to take insurance for laptop courier.. and some another branch of DTDC not forcing to take insurance they are saying it safe no need to take insurance. Mist visit DTDC RANGBHAVAN SOLAPUR good service..,
