I’ve TV of Croma company and we didn’t even touch TV as we can operate TV with remote they have provided with TV. I switched on the TV yesterday in morning and there were lines on TV. When I registered complaint with Croma they have sent technician after 24 hrs and when he saw the TV, he was like this is physical damage and can’t be covered in warranty. He called someone named Birajdar who is very rude and arrogant and not ready to listen my problems and was like how will we know what happened inside your home when I said we don’t even touch TV since we bought it. After experiencing this kind of issues with Croma I must say these products of Croma are of very cheap and worst quality. If I can give minus rating to Croma then I would have given -5 stars

The store has very good variety of different types of products.
Especially the Shree sir helped me for OnePlus 11R .
He also helped me in finance options .
The staff is also very polite and supportive.
I'm happy with my purchase.
