Not delivered as promised
Not responsive to the client
They took hefty amount in advance when I saw the wedding invitation video I was completely shocked, they did something which we could do using any mobile app.
Even after the mistake they are not ready to rectify it.
They show some cinematic video and impress you but there photos taken were very bad.
They will send some local photographers for the events and they click some average quality photos.
Promised many things but completely disappointed when we saw the photographs.
