Receptionist is really rude I think u should keep an educated n polite one there... there is no management for the OPD of children patients as after taking appointment also the waiting time is min 1 to 2 hours. Doctors are good Staff are not at all good

receptionist uses profanity. mc was her word over the call. my goodness! sangli will never develop. I’m not generalizing. But, seriously every other place I go I hear people swearing and being rude unnecessarily. I really like this town and I hope that these people stop being rude and ignorant. Its a hospital and we go to hospitals hoping we’re going to the temple and this kind of unprofessional behavioral people must be removed from such places. People in illness need kind people around.
