Recent staff members are not good they are not showing varities and sizes to customer and making fun of customers. This review is about yesterday 06.06.23 two boys are sales man over there and they are not providing good service and making fun of customers about their choices . I m very disappointed by there service. At least showroom manger needs to take action about this case.

I ordered the product on 31st October 2022 but received on 17th November 2022. 18 days delayed. Whenever I called Customer support during the 18 days time, I was told that the product will reach in 2 days time, but never received as per their promise.

Also the Bata showroom in sangli refused to do refund even with this much delay.

Completely disappointed with this kind of service, never thought Bata would consider their customers this low and do business in this way.

Never going to purchase again. Will not recommend Bata to anyone.

Good place if you want a nice, long lasting pair of footwares. The quality of Bata Footwares is amazing. The service is good.
Parking place is available outside the store.
