Worst possible apple service centre. My sister had gone for her iphone repair. The guy at the counter was very rude and mean to her. He also had derogatory and gender biased comments on her. Apple should take action against such service centres. I have made a formal complaint in the consumer court.

Worst experience ever.... The staff dont have the manners to talk... They are just getting salary of sitting ideally... They don't want to work or give proper services to people... Very rude behaviour from the staff... I recommend to close the shop coz anyways they are not doing anything

Authorised Apple shop in SFC Mega Mall Sangli. You can buy all original Apple products and accessories here. Staff is good and knowledgeable. Well organised shop with bright ambience.
They dont repair or replace parts of Apple parts here though.
Some products in specific colors aren’t available sometimes.
But I got a more valuable deal on Iphone 12 in the Reliance Digital rather than the iPalace along with some free accessories.
Some exciting discounts and deals must be available here which I found missing.
