* Cleanliness was top notch.
* Location is great. Near to ST Stand and good restaurants around in 50 m radius, plus sight seeing places are also near.
* Receptionist and other staff are also well behaved, especially receptionist madam.
On top of that charges are also reasonable.

Budget hotel. We end up staying here as there is no room in any of the hotel. The rooms are good according to the charges. They charge 750 for single bed and 900 for double bed ac double bed 1200. Service is good. The reception person is so kind.
