Worst staff!Very rude behaviour. If we choose anything other than what they show, their behaviour changes and they start talking in other language thinking customer won't understand. I purchased lingerie and didn't like one of them. When i went to back to exchange, blatantly they lied,no exchange. I have shown receipt,then they have exchanged. Pathetic experience. Never going to buy from this store

Unlike others I always had a very pleasant experience ! Surekha at the store is very efficient and helps to understand offers as well. Girls, if you are in any doubt surekha is your girl! She just need to see you and you will have to hardly try 2-3 variants unlike other stores who pushes 15-20 variants for trial which is so frustrating.

Store is fraud..they said it's free product and they charged you.. I asked cashier how can you giving two free products...she said it's free due to shopping amount is higher...So requesting to customer, if you are taking free prdoucts from this store so check your amount breakup before doing payment. They think that customer is foolish...
