Hello Everyone
My name is Prarthana Kashikar. I joined yoga Learning hub in 2021 August and learned under the guidance of Anubhav sir.
The way he has organised the course and Learning is really effective. It takes you step by step and gradually from a simple topic to more advanced topic. He also allows students to teach classes that gives students teaching experience and help students understand intricacies of different Asnas. I highly recommend his classes will benefit each and every student to reach their goal. Thank you Anubhav sir for such a systematic approach to learn yoga practically and in theory. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot. Thank you

Happiness Yoga offers online sessions which is a wonderful option for me to practice yoga every day The sessions are unique every day that combines spiritual prayer, breathing exercises, and yoga postures. I am beginner in yoga and I can say, yoga has helped me a lot with flexibility, and I feel more peaceful, and energetic. I am grateful every day Anubhav sir ????

When Covid put a stop to every movement globally, it was Anubhav Sir's yoga classes that kept me going along with my runs,walks and cycling in the campus. The arrogance in me, was tamed to become humble, do the talk in action, and what I thought i knew of yoga was just a narrow path. Under Sir's guidance I learnt the theory part that opened my eyes in an all together different way of looking at the World .The Vedas, The Bhagwad Gita, the Patanjali sutras, Gherandhi samadhi, the Hatha yoga pradapika, and different schools in yoga broadened my knowledge and made me fall in love with yoga all over again. The best part was most of my childhood, I hated science and here how amazingly I was taught to embrace the Anatomy and the physiology part of science in order to understand how yoga works. There is still more to learn.From certifying myself as a Yoga wellness instructor, to a Yoga Volunteer, to an Assistant Yoga therapist and now to a Yoga teacher and evaluator I have come a long way. Yoga is molding me and making my inward journey more enjoyable. Do join Sir's classes, and start your journey in discovering different dimensions of life .
I would also like to thank the Ayush Ministry in encouraging us and laying down the Syllabus in a systematic way, so as to guide us throughout. Here's Wishing you all that life haS to offer you , HARI OM TAT SAT !
