The hall is good, size wise and accommodation wise (I think it's smaller than what it used to be long ago, but it's still good.) Also, the audience that comes here is very good (Punekar, अस्सल.)
However, the backstage rooms and washrooms could be a bit better. Changing rooms had pieces of wrappers flying around when the AC was turned on. Washrooms weren't as clean, they were OK.
Also, does anyone know what's the parking scene of the new building? Is it good?

Nice auditorium. Popular for Marathi plays, dramas, etc.
Seating arrangement is well spacious. Adjacent to main road, so reaching or finding this place, not issue. Enough space for two wheelers parking but comparatively less space for four wheelers. (Parking is not charged like in shopping malls.) Event ticket distribution counters are in containers at entry gate.
Snack service area gets very much crowded during intervals. And mostly they have only tea, vadapav, samosa or sandwich. No other items.
Overall good place to enjoy some play or drama.

This cultural gem is a testament to the city's love for the performing arts and provides a truly remarkable experience for art enthusiasts of all ages.
The venue is spacious, well-maintained, and the entrance is wheelchair-accessible.
The theater is designed to offer excellent acoustics and unobstructed views from every seat. Whether you're seated in the orchestra section or in the balcony, you can enjoy a clear line of sight to the stage, ensuring that no detail of the performance is missed. The comfortable seating and ample legroom further enhance the overall comfort of the venue.
Also the vada paav here is reasonably good.
