Had the worst experience. I will be honest. Went in only because I had gift cards. However didn't find the variety appealing. With lot of efforts after shortlisting one Shirt when I went to the billing counter, they said that their store has been experiencing issues accepting the gift cards. Please try in other location stores. And had the audacity to ask for my credit card instead for billing. Of course I didn't buy the shirt. They should definitely value the time customers spent in their stores.

One of the security tag was not removed ... By your cashier .. today afternoon ... Once all is over your captain should be there while resolving and then say sorry ... We feel awkward as if we have done some wrong act... West side understand what i am saying because employing hi fi MBA is not the answer ... Running errand came and removed it , checked the bill but who looks after our interest who checks our bag before returning the boss should be there
