Pathetic home delivery service! Please don't fall for it, it's a scam they just keep assuring you that you parcel will be delivered and it never gets delivered! Not expected from such a reputed brand! The competition is doing much much better in terms of timely and prompt delivery!

This is of disheartening and completely irritating. I come from service background where we know how to handle customer, but i wonder what takes to this Literate people to ensure the customer feels comfortable even waiting. It's mere nonsense to have waited to here 'our systems have crashed' while we were picking that time they were unaware? Idiotic behaviour.

Bad experience, always short of staff and prescribed medication.Never inform customers if prescription medications not avilable, they themselves take a decision and give away with different brand,which leads to confusion if customer gets to know about the same at a later stage.
