I've been a part of this class for over 3 months now & it's safe to say that it's been a wonderful experience. To be specific:
1. The exercises/yoga aasanas that are made to be performed make you sweat out thereby resulting in a complete sense of satisfaction by the end of the day.
2. The instructor is very observant & is quick to point out what needs to be done correctly in a very polite manner.
3. Equal amount of importance is placed on meditation along with other exercises.
4. Punctuality & consistency are both found here
5. A check on the absence of the student from class is always enquired.

I've been practicing yoga with Viha's Yoga Studio for a while and I can definitely observe noticeable differences in my body – I gained so much flexibility and strength!. Learned a lot about asanas and breathing techniques. Thank you so much for the amazing experience.

Excellent. The classes are very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students. I felt comfortable at all times. Definitely recommend this place to take Yoga classes.
