During admission took all the payment and gives commitments of cleanness and hygiene. But issues of water shortages and no hot water, no changing of clean bed sheets weekly. Leakage and Fungus issues. No coordination between the staff.

So a friend of mine lives here...she booked room no. 103 last year and was told it is 4 sharing and when she paid the amount and shifted there she got to know that is actually 5 people....can you imagine 5 people sharing same bathroom....also recently exhaust fan got damaged...so 2-3 times the bhaiya got it fixed but again after 1 or 2 days it doesn't work.... legit they'll 5 roomates told day warden 1000 of time about it but no action taken. Can you imagine 5 people bathing in one bathroom with no ventilation. She has breathing issues and bathing their triggers it I know it is a luxury hostel and all but for room 103 it is not. Also the kitchen is right down the room so you can't even open window if you do all you Smell is food...food all day....no ventilation in room....and since 3 months no ventilation in bathroom as well it is so suffocating for her to live in 103. Nowhere close to luxury it is train cabin. Also not to mention your day warden use their mobile phone all day long and chit chat, gossip around about girls living here they don't work.....I'm not someone who complains easily but this too much

The day wardens were not good. Did not do their jobs well. They did not do anything about the problems I went to them with untill I told them a third time.
