I'm a Resident owner. Location is great. Exactly opp Swaminarayan Mandir. Construction quality is not really good. Plumbing, fittings, Corridor tile work is poor.
Very high maintenance. Gym equipment isn't maintained neither there is any good machines. Swimming pool has just started in May. Till now it was not functioning.

Children Garden & club house is adequate.

Lift maintenance is a question sometimes. Coz 2-3 times when there were electricity cut. The generator wasn't working. Even water pump maintenance is a question, keeps getting spoilt, resulting in no water.

Gas pipeline is good, no issues ever.
Internet & cable company tie up gives good customer service.

Security is up class. Very strict & good. Cameras at all relevant places. Intercom is functional. I love the security & it's management. Nothing will ever be lost from the campus in case you forget anything anywhere.

Parking allocation has been a continuous debate. Totally pathetic.

People who have never lived in such society will like it. It has a good showy appearance. But who have been living in societies will find management lagging & not experienced.

Great housing society. Nice view of the Swaminarayan Temple as it is just on the opposite side of it, or I may say facing it.
The Sunset looks awesome from here.

Very beautiful and good place for reference.very big society of meghsparsh and excellent develop area of garden. Good condition lifts.
Such a excellent town ship.
