We brought bedroom set and sofa from Urban Exclusive around 2 weeks back. The quality of the product used is top notch and there was no delay from their side. The delivered product was exactly what Mr. Javed showed us on drawing.
Not only that he also helped us to repair our old furniture and now it looks like new one.
Wakad is full of furniture shops but what we loved the most was the attitude and customer centricity which Javed and his entire team has showed.

Worst in quality, worst in service. Please dont go with them, i took a full wooden frame sofa and am highly dissapointed. Quality of wood only time will tell, but polish and finshing ia just awfull.Within a month all started coming off. God knows how pathetic will be fabric sofas.

On service after repeated calls, the condition is evwn more pathetic. They did patching and hand polish to match faded places, and woaah it again came off.

PLEASE DONT GO WITH THEM, dont waste your money, it is everyday pain to see bad quality

This is one of the best shop to buy sofa and other furniture in Wakad. Service provided by sales team is very good.I
would like to specially thanks to Javed bhai who help us to deliver sofa ASAP.He took extra efforts to resolve all our sofa related issues on priority and get it done within time. Highly recommend 'Urban Exclusive' for home furniture????
