Awasome ,I am from Rajasthan and shifted pune in 2013 purchasing from TBZ since 1987 when I was only 37 yrs old and store at Mumbai only in my known area . Today I am 73 yrs and yet purchasing from same store . One important thing of store is if u return there own Aurnament they give full cost of 22 c on which they r selling u new if there own aurnament . But these days they take other aurnament also but if on melt it’s 22c full cost but if less then that ,then they deduct 3% . I will say here that this is most important thing for which one should purchase from TBZ . Now since 2013 I have purchase many times from TBZ Bund garden pune ,but this month (Feb2023) I have visited TBZ two times and on exchange purchase neck chains The attending person To me was MR Rajesh both time ,he is I would say a best Floor manager with smiling Face ,attending customer well and most important thing he understand psychology of customer and pull customer to purchase point .This is I will say a biggest qualification a floor manager should have . As both time my stay at TBZ 1-3 hrs for all procedure what I feel Mr Rajesh not only tackling me but with another customer if he feels he didn’t convince then attend in between other too .That give me filling that he is not work like salary person but work as this is his shop and he has to satisfy all customer that is also great thing for a Floor manager . I wish his early promotion ,happy ,healthy and prosperous life to continue at Bund garden pune with his next promotion .

Had great experience shopping here. The sales executive Mr Prem was very professional and showed different varieties of jewellery, shopping experience with him was great. Jewellery designs are unique and good. Will recommend buying jewellery here.

We have always been visiting the store with great pleasure. The staffs are very humble and paitient. The designs are good and we always find something of our taste. Our overall experience is always great. The only suggestion is they should have a inhouse craftsman for doing small alterations which is required sometimes.
One primary thing which needs to be taken care of is the washroom. The one they have right now is in a very bad condition. Its dirty and stinking. It gets difficult when u have kids along.
