Poor professionalism and behavior from shop. We purchased a titan watch from another store in Pune and the watch is in warranty. To fix a manufacturing defect, visited this wagholi shop and once they knew, this was not purchased from them, they suggested us to visit the shop, from where we purchased. Very bad work ethics. Not expected from brand of this repute..

To fix a manufacturing defect, visited this wagholi shop and once they knew, this was not purchased from them, they showed poor professionalism and suggested us to visit the shop, from where we purchased. Very bad work ethics.
Update as on 1st April : I provided mobile number for a week, no call. Hence removing. Got the defect corrected in Helios store Viman Nagar.

The showroom have a variety of collection which is budget friendly. Being little bit pedantic, I searched for a particular model from rare collection which they were able to offer me. Staffs are amicable. I am contented with the service
