This is the 2nd time in this month I visited Subway in the Phonix Market City, Pune and again the lettuce used was not fresh, it was dry and brounish in colour. Even after telling the staff to change it they ignored me completely.

Wrong bread, wrong sauces, extra cheese missing, choice of vegetables missing, wrong vegetables added - onion. The only thing right with this order was it being delivered on the right address.

Disgusting service, I would not recommend to visit this franchise. Very rude staff and delay in service.
