It is very disappointing to see Star Network's customer service. No one responds including Mr.Cyril.

They will bill you, but no one picks calls or responds on WhatsApp. They are excellent with putting personal WhatsApp stories but again no timely response or action if Internet stops working. It's extremely frustrating considering multiple people need to work from home, but this organisation has absolutely no regard for their customers.

I had got a broadband connection from star installed in my house like 2-3 years ago, uptil now there were many ups and downs which was somehow working fine, but one day ago the server went down and i tried calling the customer service to which i got replied that it will be fixed in 3-4 hours, and after that they responded they had a major issue from their head office which is in Mumbai, and they even said that they are helpless for the issue being faced by the customers, So here is a feedback for star people "If you cannot take the responsibility of the product you serve you better stop providing and shut down the business" i have missed a major portion of my classes relying on these people, to all the new customers seeking reviews , please be aware of what kind of issues these people can go through and have no solution for that.

Star service provider is pathetic. Wifi is always down...very often for more than 24 hours. Every time you have to call the office to check as they DON'T
HAVE POWER BACK UP they need to manually log you in again every single time.They will keep on sending invoices even if you've paid the bill. The customer care representative will shout at you if you ask them why the wifi is down or why they keep sending invoices. Very poor management system. Safe yourself from trouble and DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!!!
