Worst bus service ever. Got my bus cancelled twice (volvos). Didn't start on time. Doesn't stop at decent hotels with toilet (one of them didn't even have urinal). Randomly stops in midnight for tea, even when nobody is awake.
Not reliable at all. Go for KSRTC.

The worst bus you can ever travel in. I travelled in a sleeper class from Shirdi to Bangalore and it was my worst experience in a bus ever.
Just imagine the following:
1. Very unclean and stinky interiors
2. Unclean sheets and Blankets. God knows what disease you're gonna get.
3. There's no way you can sit upright in a sleeper class since there's not much space for it and the travel time is for 20 hours.
4. AC keeps making noise.
5. Unresponsive Staff.
6. Unhygienic rest stops.
7. It was very late. I don't think they are ever on time looking from the customer reviews.

Now tell me would you wanna travel in this kind of bus. Spend some few extra bucks and save yourselves from any kind of disease you could possibly get.

Worst travel in my life,pick up timing was at 7:20pm they came at 8:35pm and drop was at 8am drop around 11:30am rude driver and try to complaint head office no one picked the call.when ever feel to stop the bus they stop non comfortable sleeper seats i strongly recommend not to travel,highly recommended VRL for best service...
