The only good thing is they have big space for workout. That's it. They do not maintain their equipment or machinery which they have for workout. Many of them are either damaged or not workable. Secondly they do not try to upgrade their machinery. Same old machines since past 4-5 yrs no upgrades. Floor carpet damaged. Trainers are interested more in training specific clients only. One advise to management don't focus on getting admissions only. Provide the basic facilities to existing customers with proper gym equipment and machinery.

Good and best club in pcmc. Nice and good . The staff is so kind of a person . A trainer is a good knowledge person.

Although this place is super big, the owner has not bothered to maintain the property at all whatsoever. There are mice running around inside the club, there are archery sessions going on on the tennis court and rifle shooting sessions going on on the other side of it. Gym is a good place here, with good trainers.

They have a dedicated hall for badminton and it has 4 hard courts with synthetic mats.. The most prestigious badminton academy of PCMC, which is
WHITE SHUTTLE BADMINTON ACADEMY is now training players here at Silver Fitness Club.

So, no matter how bad the club is, it is worth every dime to start off badminton atleast here.

They also have a nice swimming pool with training services there.

Football is another sport they take seriously and have got good trainers to train some football aspirants..
