The bus no. Was not provided by the operator and they kept us waiting the the bus stop n till last moment dey didnt tell us which bus it is not name nor bus no. And then they adjusted us in some other third class bus which didnt have proper suspension nor the seats were alotted was the same number as the ticket and it took many halts till dinner break n by them me and fiance health was so down we couldnt even breathe properly n it affected our health alot this is totally ridiculous like how they can charge so much for this pathetic bus plus its not laxmi travels bus i dont see any proof of thta me and my fiance are facing alot of issue in this bus i qould request you to kind refund the amount as it is not at all worth a single penny like literally are health r going down my fiance has been crying n having issue for breathing which usually she never has due to this bus she had to face this problem n that to after paying almost 4k

Very bad experience..Ac was not working..In the middle of journey bus was not working delayed reaching destination by 4 hrs...
