Recently my mother had been to Shree Diagnostics and had a very pleasant experience. The Doctor and other staff members were very caring, helpful and co-operative. They provided clarification and cleared all her doubts in a language understood by a non-medico person. They made the patient comfortable. I would definitely recommend this lab.

I'm writing this feedback for Shree Diagnostics only, not for aligned Women's clinic. We took an appointment for fetal 2d Echo 5 days in advance and requested for on time procedure as I had to manage my office work. When we reached their centre, they took one hour more than our apointment/committed time and even they don't feel sorry for that. When we asked the reason they have a list of reasons they randomly told any xyz reason of delay to make us foolish. Their reception staff is very unprofessional and they don't have any etiquette to maintain customer relations. I think they need some coaching before ddeploying into this job. Although radiologist is very good but we can't tolerate the outside harrasement by these womens. Not recommended for time desciplined members because they don't respect others time.

Dr. Swapnil is terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert investigation and advise. He is quite calm and giving appropriate time for investigation and query. Best radiologist I found. HIGHLY recommend
