Very poor experience overall. For any joint pain they give a paper that has exercises and instructions without even looking at what is the issue. I have been doing physiotherapy for over a year and I am not seeing any improvement. I told the doctor so but they don’t listen and still asked me to do exercise shown on the paper. They charge 2000 Rs for the visit and only give you a paper that has standard exercises. I went to the clinic thinking Dr. Sarangpani will take a look at my issue but only his assistants will talk to you. Waste of money and waste of time. Their appointment process is also very bad, one has to go in person to their clinic to get appointment for next day.

I was standing there in queue from morning 6am, unfortunately I could not get appointment.

There were some patients who were waiting for appointment from last night 10pm for next day’s appointment.

I am hoping I shall get appointment soon.
