Recently my friend traveled in this bus. In her experience, the bus service was quite disappointing. She encountered bed bugs on the seat and upon bringing it to the attention of the driver, he simply tossed it out of the window, instructing her to go back to sleep. The driver's tone was quite impolite, and his behavior left much to be desired, especially for female solo travelers.

The Saini bus service, she observed, was exceptionally subpar. The slogan "Saini: We offer third-rate service in the world" seemed fitting based on her experience. Sadly, the lack of respect towards female passengers was evident, making it a risky choice for women traveling alone.

It's only fair that such a service receives an even lower rating, given the circumstances.

My review is based on my journey from Yavatmal to Pune on April 23rd. I am giving 0/5 rating, I strongly advise you to never book this bus. Pickup was delayed, and the bus was the worst I've ever seen. Our lalpari is significantly superior to this. The bus vibrates a lot when travelling, making it difficult to even sit correctly, comfort is far away. There isn't any suspense. The employees are unprofessional.
Please do not reserve this bus.

Reached the destination at time.
Pilot's are supportive.
Luxurious & hygiene interior as shown in catalogue.
Little improvements needed.
Good Choice.
