I would not recommend them to anyone, even to my worst enemy.

1. When booking, they showed a really good traveller over phone but what arrived was a dingy, battered up vehicle which we are scared to travel hill stations like Mahabaleshwar. We almost lost half a day to get a different vehicle.

2. The driver they sent is a real piece of character. He doesn't want to take you anywhere and tells only the closest locations are accessible. Everything else is closed. He plans an itinerary and tells only that is possible. We are confused whether we are paying or he is doing us a favour. But I wouldn't deny, he is a safe driver and drove properly.

3. When everything is agreed upon and payment settled, 4 hrs later they flip and says they need more money. The owner asked driver to stop in middle of nowhere and said unless we pay, he wouldn't move the vehicle. Only after we threatened to call police, they shut up and complied.

Worst service by them. They promise that they will provide good condition vehicle at last minute the arrange poor condition vehicle. Beyond the committed amount, they ask more money. Almost the driver stopped in the mid of the highway, and demand for more money. I don't recommend them. Any site scene if we ask the driver to take , either he says the vehicle will not go to that place or that site point is permanently closed.

Beware. The worst driver. His name is shree and, he doesn't know how to drive. Pathetic service, the driver was doing rash driving throughout the trip in spite of asking him multiple time to slow down. He was talking over his mobile while driving which is ofcource dangerous.He seems to be missing some part of his brain as he was not ready to listen to anyone and was acting phyco. Such a rude driver and has no regards for other people's safety. Please do not book from this service of you want to reach anywhere safely. It's a waste of thousands of rupees and risk for your life. This driver should be behind the bars as he almost met with accidents multiple times during the trip. The company should fire him.
