Apart from the clinic being not so apt with their timing and not informing even when called and asked before hand , had to wait for half an hour , but
Dr ratandip is a very generous gentleman, he was very polite and very helpful with the treatment. I'm very happy with the results

We got appointment at phone 11am and we went there but dentist were not there. They told to wait till 1 pm . We booked appointment for next day & went next day but there were patients so receptionists said that need to wait. after 3 hrs our cleanup was done that to only lower side teeth and no polishing was done . And the dentist said come again next week.
The point is why do you take prior appointment if you do first come first serve not appointment wise first. And if your dentist are not available atleast contact the people who come there leaving work and home. And when you cleanup please clean all teeth or previously inform patient that you will be cleaning only lower side of teeth. Worst service and time waste.

Worst service ever! went for their invisible aligners, the treatment should have hardly taken 8-10 months, it's going on for almost two years, I did not even have a case that bad. Their aligners broke and instead of giving a replacement, they asked me to pay extra 5000 because I was late to take the appointment. How is that reason even justified. Do yourself a favour and go to a better dentist , even if it means paying more, the cheaper price is because of the cheap service.
