Excellent service.,prompt in their response. I have traveled to Goa along with three senior citizens.Suryakanth was the one who drove us to Goa.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I was in contact with the manager who was arranging cab and driver for me. He changed the driver 3 times & the last driver came 1 hour late. We kept on waiting at the airport. Nobody was helpful in letting us know the exact arrival time of the driver.

The driver was a newbie so he was totally unaware about the airport pickup point. We had to keep on shifting our luggage from one floor to another which led to a big hassle.

I would never recommend Rupa Cabs to anyone in the future. They should either stop their services or should know the inside out of how to run a service.

Do not go with their services at all.

Great service, they have some really good experienced drivers. Arranged a car even during tough rainy times in Mumbai. We had a good experience with Rupa. Highly recommend!
