Thanks to Mr. Bharat Dhannani from Ruby Travels, we had a great trip. Everything was taken care of nicely, as per our requirements. He was very responsive and co-operative throughout the booking process and the trip.
This was my second trip through them and I would surely recommend Ruby Travels for customized and tailor-made trips.

Avoid Ruby Travels. They did some mistake on their part and my Dubai visa got rejected. And they refused to divulge details as to what went wrong. I have several visas in my passport without any rejection so far, so it's a rare possibility that a visa gets rejected like this. Moreover, their approach is very cold and laid back, not proactive at all. They will not call back and you have to keep calling them for everything. There are many good travel agents in Pune so you have plenty of choice.

My Aged parents were booked on a Singapore tour organised by Ruby travels which was dealt with very well by their Singapore coordinator Raj and apart from them not having a tour guide throughout their trip and them having to find their own way around (Which was tough as they kept asking people and had to keep walking and walking) it was a good experience. Bharat with Ruby travels manage this well for us and assisted with our initial queries in india. Raj coordinator based in Singapore is very prompt and helpful so the issues my parents faced were dealt with by him very smoothly.
