Rohan Builders has a strong reputation, but it seems their sales team employed marketing tactics that may not align with their brand's values.

I am an owner in the Rohan Ananta Tathavde project and according to the audiovisual presentation (AV) shown by the sales team, the podium was originally promoted as a car-free zone, and I paid a premium price based on this promise. However, there is now car parking allotted on the podium.

It appears that the sales team's representation was a marketing ploy and not in line with the expectations from a reputable brand like Rohan Builders. The CRM team now provides a different explanation.

Worst experience. Facing water seepage issue since 4 years and they are doing nothing.
Project engineer Ajay have no time to visit and inspect issue.

I have flat in Rohan Ananta, Rohan builder worse. People who work for Rohan they don't care about customer, you will have to call them for at least 10 times to talk to them. They don't care about client once agreement done. Poor construction quality. Poor finishing quality. Local builder is better than Rohan. No planning in parking management. Never trust with their commitment and they play with aggreement.
