Good products with so much of variety but staff is not good

I called this store regarding a product availability and he didn't even bother to help me out with the basic information. Spoke very rudely. If they don't Want to attend the calls of customers properly,why do they have to update their number in the first place?

I found the store sales Girls unprofessional, gave me wrong shade of My Compact later she called and informed about the wrong shade which Was a good thing she did . When I asked to come at the entrance of mall to exchange as I was already on my way home and didn't want to re park. She refused intially later agreed when I mentioned it was her mistake. When we exchanged she said "Shukar Karo meine apko insaniyat dikhayi aur meine apko Badal Kar de rahi hu". So unprofessional and rude.
I had bought cosmetics worth Rs.5048/- don't expect this from Revlon.
