Reform wellness is fantastic! They provide personalized meal plans, expert guidance. I've lost around 5kg in a month and I am still on the journey of getting fit and healthy. Dt Roshani has been constant support and she keeps motivating me all the time, she has always kept my likes and dislikes on priority (She is one of the sweetest people I have ever spoken to: I seriously mean it).
The diet that she gave me was easiest to cook (NO FANCY DIET AT ALL).
I highly recommend them for your health and wellness journey.

I am happy to share that i started my journey with Reform wellness under guidence of Dt Roshani???? a month ago and i lost 4.5 kg in just 30 days. I am thankful that Roshani mam taken my case as my dietitian. She is very soft spoken, patient and answer my queries very well. She personalized diet according to my likes and dislikes towards food. Reform Wellness has been a magic hand for my weight loss. I have completed 5 months of the diet and what I liked the most are the simple and delicious recipes that use all seasonal ingredients. Dietician Roshani constant support and encouragement has made my weight loss journey very easy. I lost 20 kilograms in 5 months and a significant amount of inches. I used to wear size 5XL, but now I wear size 2XL.
