Pathetic experience. The lady that sits at 24 carat rings counter is extremely rude. Very very poor customer service. Staff needs to learn some manners from tanishq people how hospitable they are!! If I could rate out of 10 it would be -10. Almost all the branches of Ranka have such problem. If you are smart enough don't visit Ranka guys. There are a lot of options. Just visit Tanishq and then visit Ranka ,you will yourself notice the difference. Moreover we all know how trustworthy TATA brand is(Tanishq- crystal clear exchange policy . No jhol at all ) This is my personal experience and many of my friends and people I know have felt the same. A big NO TO RANKA.

Came to know about this outlet since I was aware of only the one on Karve road for several decades. It was closed when I visited but I came back in the evening and saw its insignia from far off. The entry to the parking is leveled with the main Baner road. Parking is available inside the premises.
