Thank you Dr Shubhada Trivedi for getting me to cure from my back pain which was since 3 years .I was taking exercise in gym in 2019 where back pain started. Tried to get release by using all types of therapy. Also got in touch with orthopaedics who suggested to go for MRI and asked to go for surgery in coming year.
I have to travel at least 200km to 450 km a day for my advocacy. I couldn’t drive car .

I was going though web advertising of Qi Spine clinic.
I joined Qi spine clinic at Kothrud pune where I met Dr Trupti who suggested me to take therapy for my back pains and I started my sessions in October 22. It was not possible for me to get regular sessions as I have to travel from kolhapur to pune ne for same.
Even I was not regular Dr Shubhada has taken care and more pains to reduce my pain from 100% to 0% .
But one thing is most necessary to adopt the instructions as given n by the doctor other if you go against the instructions you will be back to your painful condition as caused to me as I tried open gym without instructions .
Fortunately my Doctor has to work on same additionally and got me back in best conditions
and I have been cured from same with only 2 sessions.

I was referred to QI spine clinic by Sancheti Hospital Dr. Kothari, where I was advised surgery and diagnosed with left side scoliosis in my lumbar spine. Under consultation of Dr. Trupti mam I started my physiotherapy treatment with guidance of Dr. Mrudula who was my treating Doctor. Initially started with pain management and cell repair therapy followed by exercises. Within month of this treatment with device training my pain was completely abolished and after starting advance excercise progression and DSA test which marked my improvement of muscle strength. I would like to thank Dr. Trupti, Dr.Mrudula, Dr. Dnyaneshwari,. Dr. Shubhada and PRE team and entire team of QI Spine to help me to get better.

3 months back I had come to qispine after reference from google as i was in severe tailbone pain, low back pain along with neck pain. Dr.Trupti consulted and assessed me for my symptoms and advised 2 months treatment for the same. I started my treatment with Dr.Mrudula who was my treating doctor. Initially i was given cell repair therapy after which my pain intensity reduced. Exercises from basic to advanced level exercises were started along with device training and DSA test which marked improvement of my muscle strength. Last one month I was treated by Dr.Anushka for my condition who taught me advanced level of exercises which helped me improve my stamina, work duration and endurance. Dr.Dnyaneshwari and Dr.Rutuja also guided me very nicely through my treatment journey. Thank-you to the entire staff of QI SPINE for helping me get rid of my pain completely.
