We visited for first time for cervical disc bulge and nerve compression issue. Doctor Mayur is very soft spoken, professional and patiently explained the issue with a diagram - this is crucial for relaxing the anxious minds of patients and it builds trust. Then he examined and reviewed MRI and other reports and suggested a non surgical line of treatment involving continued physiotherapy. He recommended an injection for pain relief and monitored the effects until it was satisfactory. He dedicated sufficient time to us and similarly to other patients without rushing them and gave full attention. His calm demeanour is a plus point for patients. His clinic is modern, well equipped and hi tech. I hope his treatment shall be as effective and we won't need to opt for surgery.

I was having on n off back pain for the last 3 years. I had tried various doctors, various medicines, physiotherapy and etc. but the pain always came back.
Since last 2 months it increased like anything and I consulted Dr Mayur Kardile with the MRI. The first interaction with him was very satisfactory as he explained me in detail what exactly is the issue and how it can be treated.
He suggested to go for a surgery. I work with hospitals and doctors from last 8 years and it was really difficult for me to take a decision for the surgery, but thanks to Dr Mayur and his positive attitude towards my spine issues I Finally went for the surgery and it was successful!!
I am getting discharged today with big smile on my face.
I will definitely recommend Dr Mayur to everyone who is suffering from spine related issues :)

I have got my mom treated from Dr Mayur Kardile. This is her 2nd spine surgery in 4 years. This time the problem was more complex and pain were widely aggravated. Thanks to doctor for right diagnosis and correct treatment that the pains have receded to a greater extent.

I had my mom operated at other hospital from a senior surgeon. The operation was successful and she had her numbness of the left leg and chronic pain in the left thigh relieved after it. But after 3 years the lower back pain started again and we were managing the pains through pain killers. Lately in Dec 2022, the pain aggravated to a greater extent, she almost got bed ridden and couldn't move her left leg. We had to do the MRI with reference from Dr Vishwajeet Chavan. Got admitted for pain management in the hospital and also to share the case with spine surgeon.
Dr Mayur then visited the mom, saw all the reports, studied it well and explained the problem to us in layman's language. He was very cordial and polite. Was ready to answer any queries, he was ready to spent good amount of time with the patient or with the relative. That gives us comfort to ask any doubts, unlike a senior doctor who always are in rush and move fast from patient to patient. Nothing taking away from the senior doctors but spending good time with the patient/relative is a very good attribute. Also one good point is he is readily available on phone and ready to answer any doubts questions. Usually the busy doctors wont pay much heed to text messages, but he is kind enough to respond to all.

When he explained us the problem and solution, the surgery was inevitable. We were skeptical about the 2nd surgery but he explained in details why its required. The necessity of the implants and the type of surgery. We did sought second opinion and the other doctor did confirmed the same.

When we finalized the surgery we were keen to have a hospital near to our place. But he made us aware of the cost factor and helped save some bucks by choosing right hospital. This aspect of him is rare to find these days.

Surgery was a long one, took 4.5 hours to complete. He met me before the surgery and assured positive outcome and once the surgery was completed he called me personally, messaged me the implant xrays and explained in details about how the surgery went, what were his observations. He was personally very happy to undertake this surgery to complete it successfully. After looking at the issue probably he got aware of the fact that how much pains my mom would have had to suffer for past year or so.

Post surgery the recovery was good, the followup were happening daily and he was making sure the post operative vitals are on track and no extra precautions to be taken. Mom was able to walk on the 3rd day of surgery, the wound of the operation had dried and road to recovery was quick one. She felt a bit pain on the 4th day which doctor had already warned and dizziness due to strong dose of medicines, but it was handled very well by the doctor.

Now its been 12 days post operation and mom is doing fine, we had first followup visit at his clinic. Its a state of the art facility he has. His team spoke with great care and were happy to see the progress of my mom.

Overall it was a very delightful experience working with Dr Mayur. Also Kudos to Dr Kishor who reflects the same values which Dr Mayur manifests.
